01  Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Simulated extreme temperature scenarios are tested, with results documented and reported;

Zero tolerance for non-conforming products: Issues are reworked immediately, and defective items are never released to market.

04 Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Final “spot check” before shipment: Verification of quality reports, packing lists, and transport protection details;

Shipping status records and reports are generated as audit trails, enabling full lifecycle quality management.
